The application fee is $95 per applicant, and the administration fee is $250.

Yes, applicants will be required to get screened through Approve Shield. 

Our lease terms range from 12-15 months.

The deposit can range from $300- 1.5 months rent, depending on screening results. 

Renters insurance is required. All residents will need a minimum personal liability of $100,000. 

The rent is due between the 1st-3rd. A late fee will be applied as of the 4th of the month. 

Residents can submit payment via the online resident portal. 

Utilities are not included in the rent. All residents will be responsible for electricity, water, and sewer charges. 

Yes, you may select a specific apartment when applying online. We can not hold apartments unless you apply for a set move in date. 

Yes. All apartments have stackable washer/dryers included. 

Parking is first come first served, and residents are allowed one vehicle per apartment.  There is a one-time fee of $30 for the parking fee, and all residents must register their vehicle with ParkEaze.   

Yes, we are pet-friendly and allow pets at The Lowery Atlanta. Please call our?office for our detailed pet policy?and for restrictions. 

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO. 

No. We do not offer furnished apartments. Contact the office to learn more about furniture rental options through Cort Furniture. 

If it is during office hours, please bring ID with you to borrow a key to unlock your apartment home.  If it is afterhours, you will need to contact a locksmith as we do not provide afterhours lockout services.  If you are unable to locate your key, we can change the locks for you for $50. 

You will need to provide a 60-day written notice to the leasing office, and you will be charged one month cancellation fee per your lease agreement.
